The highly anticipated property will feature 155 guestrooms and 38 suites, seamlessly integrated with 27 private residences within the 30-story building. Designed by renowned Mexican architecture firm Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, the interiors aim to create an “immersive, art gallery-like experience.” A significant highlight is the onsite contemporary Mexican art collection, showcasing works from internationally recognized artists such as Damián Ortega and Michelle Aubert.

The hotel's dining scene is a key element, with four indoor and outdoor venues designed to provide guests with an “immersive culinary journey across Mexico.” Beyond dining, guests can enjoy a rooftop pool and a full-service spa offering treatments rooted in traditional Mexican practices.

Reservations are now open for stays starting April 1, 2027, with rates beginning around $931 per night. As a Category 6 property within the World of Hyatt program, award rates range from 20,000 to 40,000 points per night.
