U.S. Open: Chase and American Express Lounges Offer Cardholder Perks

The U.S. Open, a major New York City event synonymous with the end of summer, offers more than just world-class tennis. It’s a social experience with plenty to do, see, and eat.

Chase and American Express Lounges

Chase and American Express are again providing dedicated lounge spaces for their cardholders at the 2026 U.S. Open. The Chase Lounge will open during Fan Week (Aug. 24-28) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern, and during the main tournament (Aug. 30 – Sept. 11), it will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. during daytime sessions and 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. during evening sessions, excluding sessions 20 and 22-27. Reservations are required for the main draw.

Chase Lounge Details

Reservations for the Chase Lounge will be released daily at 9 a.m. Eastern on the ChaseGetsYouCloser.com website for the following day’s sessions. This year’s lounge features matcha lattes and iced blueberry matcha lattes (daytime) and matcha popsicles (evening), along with light bites, mobile charging, live match coverage, and air conditioning.

Chase Terrace

The Chase Terrace, an open-air space with views of Courts 8-10, will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis during Fan Week (Aug. 24-28). Cardholders will need to show their Chase card to enter.
