Sephora's beauty insider celebration month: earn more rewards faster

Sephora is rolling out its first-ever Beauty Insider Celebration Month this August, offering a month-long extravaganza of special deals, bonus points and exclusive perks for its massive 45 million-strong membership base.

Lower point redemptions and more bonus points

Normally, you'd need 500 points to redeem for $10 in Beauty Insider Cash. But during this celebration, you can cash in with just 250 points - still 2 cents per point, but allowing you to start using rewards sooner.

In addition, Sephora will award four times the normal points on select brands and products across four time frames beginning July 30. This means you can earn an impressive 4 points per dollar spent on these deals, effectively an 8% return in future Beauty Insider Cash.

Sephora credit card holders get a bonus

Eligible Sephora credit card holders who spend $100 or more from August 6-9 will earn a 500-point bonus, typically worth $10 in Beauty Insider Cash.

Rouge members get their own exclusive weekend

Sephora's top-tier Rouge members aren't left out of the fun. They'll get access to their own Rouge Weekend from August 13-16, featuring exclusive offers like:

• 4 points per dollar on entire baskets with the purchase of a Sephora Collection item
• Uber is treating Rouge members to a $10 gift toward their next ride with Uber Black
• Exclusive master classes and digital experiences

Rouge members with a Sephora credit card can earn 12% back in rewards during Rouge Weekend, in the form of 8% back in credit card rewards and 4% back in Beauty Insider Cash.
