New Boutique Hotels Joining Major Loyalty Programs

Hotel stays are increasingly offering the charm of boutique properties alongside the benefits of major hotel loyalty programs. Historically, earning points was limited, but now dozens of independent brands are joining Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott.

RESET Hotel Joshua Tree National Park

Located in Twentynine Palms, California, RESET Hotel, part of The Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy, opened in September 2025. It features 65 modular guest rooms with private patios and fire pits, offering desert views and amenities like a saltwater pool and co-working space. Rates start around $150 or 27,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night.

Hilton Key West Resort & Marina

Formerly Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina, this 175-room resort joined Hilton on July 1, 2026. Situated on Stock Island, 10 minutes from Key West International Airport, it offers waterfront access, island-inspired dining, and activities like kayaking and poolside movie nights. Rates begin at approximately $172 or 53,000 Hilton Honors points.

Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort

Originally opened in the 1960s as the El Sirata motel, the Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort recently completed a $25 million renovation and joined Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Located on St. Pete Beach, Florida, it offers a renovated guest experience and various amenities.
